Hello! I’m Lydia, a proud graduate of Texas State University near Austin, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Healthcare Administration. Alongside my academic journey, I’ve delved into the world of real estate as a licensed agent and small business owner.

Currently, I serve as your dedicated Maintenance Coordinator, committed to maintaining our properties in top shape. Whether it’s bridging the gap between tenants, landlords, and service providers or conducting thorough inspections, I’m here to ensure everything runs smoothly. I thrive on being the reliable source for all maintenance inquiries, striving to make every tenant’s experience a positive one. With a passion for excellence and a keen eye for the future, I’m actively pursuing my goal of becoming a project manager, ready to take on new challenges and exceed expectations at every turn.

When I’m not wearing my professional hats, you can find me outdoors, basking in the Texas sunshine with my loyal Australian Shepherd by my side. I’m always up for an adventure and love learning new things, whether it’s exploring nature trails or diving into new trades.
