600+ credit score and great payment history

No Prior Evictions

No evictions within the last 7 years

No Criminal History

We do not accept criminal history¹

Income Qualification

Income must be 3x the monthly rent²

Income Verification

Last 60 days of pay stubs and bank statements

Landlord Recommendation

To ensure the last place you rented was left in good standing

Security Deposit

You must have your security deposit ready immediately after screening

1) We do not accept criminal charges or felonies related to larceny/theft, federal crimes, or violent crimes. We can overlook minimal traffic violtions in some cases. 

2) Multiply the rental rate by 3. Example: If you’re looking for a rental that is $1,500/mo, the income that will need to be verified is at least $4,500/mo.
