You must have your security deposit ready immediately after screening
1) We do not accept criminal charges or felonies related to larceny/theft, federal crimes, or violent crimes. We can overlook minimal traffic violtions in some cases.
2) Multiply the rental rate by 3. Example: If you’re looking for a rental that is $1,500/mo, the income that will need to be verified is at least $4,500/mo.

How do you handle off-hour emergencies?
Latchel is our maintenance partner and our tenants can contact them for any maintenance emergency. We also have a 24/7 support line tenants can call if there is an emergency unrelated to maintenance.
What do you consider emergencies?
Flooding, fires, broken pipes, or any major plumbing, HVAC or electrical issues that could cause harm to the tenant.
