Home was purchased for $33,000 and sold for $115,000.
Outside received a full face lift. We were able to salvage a little of the existing siding. Outside complete with: new deck, new windows, new siding, new roof, landscaping, gravel driveway, paint.
The wall separating the kitchen and living room was removed. The ceiling was pulled to vault. Complete with: new HVAC, drywall, insulation, recessed lights, new cabinets, appliances, flooring, paint & doors.
Bathroom was completely flipped. Where the tub was, we relocated it to the other wall (tub not shown). Complete with: all new plumbing lines, new tub, vanity & toilet, mirror & tile. An additional half bath was added.
Both bedrooms received a full face lift. Complete with: new carpet, accent walls, barn doors for a “Jack & Jill” bathroom, new ceiling fans & closets.
