Home was purchased for $85,000 and was listed for sale at $249,000.

Exterior

Outside received a complete overhaul, starting with rebuilding the foundation & restructuring the home. There was a prior add on addition with a split-level, so the entire roof line was re-framed to look like one cohesive house. Outside complete with new windows, insulation, siding, roof, front & back deck.

From start to finish, this house had it all. We removed a structure from the back that was used as a “hot tub” room and replaced it with a massive, covered back porch. Dead trees were cut down and ground.

Interior

The entire house received new electrical wiring, recessed lighting, updated plumbing, gas fixtures, and fresh paint throughout.

Interior updates include a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom suite, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, decorative lighting, new flooring.

Kitchen

The kitchen we completely opened and brightened! Features include farmhouse sink, gas range, new dishwasher, quartz countertops & custom cabinets!

We were able to salvage the wood ceiling to create a focal point and keep the character and charm of an older home!

Shiplap was added for more depth, and the fireplace was painted NYP Blue!

The walls received new texture & paint throughout the home. We also replace all the doors, handles, light fixtures & windows!

Master Suite

A lot of work was done to transform this old garage conversion into a Master Suite! Updates included a floating floor system to eliminate the split-level flooring, vaulted ceilings, custom barn doors on the walk-in closets, recessed lighting, new carpet, and fresh paint!

The original house was set up as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and it was converted to a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

We needed to give this house a “WOW” factor, so we added the covered from the porch and large covered carport! The paint & theme of the home was a “modern farmhouse” inspired design.
