Outside received a complete overhaul! Started with rebuilding the foundation & restructuring the home. The foundation on this home was one of the worst we have seen. It was completely sunk into the ground, with no blocks or piers. The entire back of the property had to be demolished and rebuilt. We even found an old well under the house after we got into demo.
From start to finish, this house had it all. The property was completely invested with fleas and trash before we cleaned it up. The back yard had several daunting, dead trees that were removed and grinded, as well as one in the front yard.
The interior was totally transformed and redesigned to fit a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
Entire house recieved new electrical wiring, recessed lighting, new plumbing including a new sewer tap, fresh paint throughout, doors, drywall, etc.
Interior updates include: custom cabinets, granite counter tops, decorative lighting, new flooring.
The original house was set up as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home and it was converted to a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
We needed to give this house a “WOW” factor, so we kept everything light and put some bold backsplash, tile flooring and granite counter tops in.
We opened up walls and reframed the enitre house for better flow. We removed the window units and space heaters and replaced with a brand new HVAC system. Complete design with 6″ trim to give a “farmhouse” look.
We were very proud of this remodel! It completely transformed the street and we have had a wonderful response on this one!
