Home was purchased for $40,000 and kept as a rental. Rental rate – $1400.
The outside of the house was completely redirected. The side of the house became the new front. The exterior was complete with all new windows, siding, front deck, fenced in yard, new roof and fresh paint.
Interior
The interior went through a complete overhaul. The entire property was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt with all new drywall, paint, floors, and complete with all brand new systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electric).
The layout of the home was completely rearranged and redesigned. We removed many walls and changed the layout of the home entirely.
The design for the home came from an inspiration of new modern touches but keeping the cozy feel of being in surrounded by trees, as the property sits on a big hill with trees.
This project was a lot of fun, but even more fun when it was done!
