Just a quick update!

This little beauty was already in great shape, but it just needed a little tune-up. We were able to complete the renovation on this one in less than 60 days from the start of the foundation. We made sure to update the most important aspects of the home and added closets to all of the bedrooms. In the early 1900s when this property was built, they used armoires instead of closets, so it was important to make sure we brought this up to the 21st century… because you know we can’t live without closets these days!

On the exterior of this property, we closed up the old door that was boarded in the front and replaced it with new siding to match the existing siding. A fresh paint job and a new roof complete the outside!

Another angle of the before and after of the front. Color changes everything!

What may not seem like a big change here, you’d have to see it in person to appreciate it! We leveled the foundation which caused a lot of cracking in the walls. The walls were completely patched and floated with all new texture and they now look brand new! A fresh paid job and a good clean of the floors made all the difference!

We relocated the back door to allow us to use the backspace as an additional bedroom, converting this 2/1 to a 3/1. The windows were replaced with a fence door and the dining cabinet received a fresh coat of paint.

This is where we spent the most money and attention. The kitchen before was very unusable. We got rid of the fake brick wall paneling and replaced the entire wall with subway tile. In addition, we put in custom cabinets, granite countertops, new floors, and appliances.

Another view of the kitchen. We kept the exposed shelving. Look at that tile wall!!

The Master bedroom is complete with a walk-in closet, fresh paint, and a new ceiling fan.

Bathroom updates included new flooring, vanity, light fixtures, toilet, and shower valves. It definitely makes a difference!

This bedroom received a framed closet, new flooring, fresh paint, and a new ceiling fan.
