To ensure the last place you rented was left in good standing

You must have your security deposit ready immediately after screening

1) We do not accept criminal charges or felonies related to larceny/theft, federal crimes, or violent crimes. We can overlook minimal traffic violtions in some cases.

2) Multiply the rental rate by 3. Example: If you’re looking for a rental that is $1,500/mo, the income that will need to be verified is at least $4,500/mo.

Can residents pay online?

Our residents have access to their own resident portal where they can make online payments, view payment history, and more!

How do you handle off-hour emergencies?

Maintenance requests submitted after hours or on weekends will be addressed on the following business day. However, if you experience an emergency, our after-hours dispatch service is available to assist.

An emergency maintenance issue is defined as anything that endangers life or poses severe damage risk to the property if not corrected immediately (example: flooding). Issues outside of these items will not be handled as emergencies. NOTE: Falsely reporting an emergency may result in a charge to you.

What do you consider emergencies?
  • Substantial Damage to Home: Fire, fallen tree or large debris onto the home, lightning strick
  • Major Water/Sewage Issues: Flooding, roof leak, broken water pipes, indoor sewage backups
  • Loss of Heat: Restricted to an outside or inside temperature of below 55 degress for more than 4 hours.
  • Loss of A/C: Restricted to an outside or inside temperature above 80 degress for more than 4 hours.
  • Loss of Use of ONLY Toilet: Does not apply if there is another working toilet in the home.
  • Loss of ALL Water or Electricity: Check with your provider to ensure there are no outages or outstanding balances.
