- We do not accept applicants with criminal charges or felonies related to theft, federal offenses or violent crimes. Minor traffic violations can generally be overlooked.
- To qualify, your monthly rental income must be at least three times the rental rate. For example, if the rent is $1,500 per month, your verified income must be at least $4,500 per month.

You’ll apply through a secure portal where you'll complete a general application, authorize a background check, upload the necessary income verification documents and prior landlord history. You’ll also complete the pet screening process to let us know if you plan on leasing with a furry friend. Applications are considered complete only when all required documents have been submitted.
The approval process is simple. If you meet our requirements and are approved, you’ll need to submit your security deposit and sign the lease agreement within 24 hours of approval.
Our standard security deposit is equal to one month's rent. However, in some cases, the deposit may be higher based on the conditional requirements from the application and screening process. If you meet most of our requirements but not all of them, we may be able to approve your application with a higher deposit amount.
Most of our homes are pet-friendly. You can review the listing description to see which properties welcome pets and to find the specific pet policy for each home, including any breed or size restrictions.
Most of our lease terms are 12 months. In some cases, we can offer longer leases. If you're interested in a longer lease, be sure to ask the leasing agent during the application process!

For safety reasons, we ask you to answer a few prequalification questions to ensure you're a good fit, and you'll need to submit a copy of your driver's license. Renters insurance is a policy that provides coverage for your personal belongings in case of unexpected events, such as theft, fire, water damage, or vandalism. It also offers liability protection, which covers you if someone is injured in your rental home or if there is accidental damage to the property.
