Brandy Landon

Broker/Owner REALTOR®

Born in Montana and raised in Texas, Brandy grew up with a drive to shape her future. She put herself through college, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. Starting as an executive assistant, she gained valuable business management skills before moving into secondary education and starting a bookkeeping business. At 26, she bought her first home and began flipping properties, which led her to become a real estate broker and open Milestone at age 28. In her free time, Brandy enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Cecilia Hagan

Business Development Manager REALTOR®

In 2019, Cecilia embarked on her real estate journey, initially to deepen her knowledge of real estate investing. Her success in purchasing two investment properties sparked a passion for working with first-time investors. This passion, combined with her extensive background in corporate sales, led Cecilia to transition into a full-time real estate professional in 2022. Today, she serves as the Business Development Manager, where her love for real estate emerges with her dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences through sales, onboarding new property management clients and strategic portfolio reviews. Outside of professional pursuits, Cecilia enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband and two sons.

Karissa Rangel

Project Manager

Karissa joined MPP in 2023 as a Maintenance Coordinator and soon transitioned to Project Manager, where she oversees all Turnovers and Make-Ready/Remodeling Services for our clients. Outside of Milestone, she enjoys life as a wife, mother, and small business owner. Her son keeps her busy with his love for outdoor adventures, especially fishing. Together with her husband, she owns a local gym in Pottsboro, where they are passionate about promoting health and wellness in the community.

Avery Snapp

Admin Manager

Avery knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate right after graduating high school. In 2021, she worked as a design assistant at an interior design company. Now, she is the Admin Manager for Milestone, overseeing the Administrative and Finance department. Fun fact: Avery and Balynn are cousins and always dreamed of working together. Avery aspires to become a real estate agent and help people find their next home. She is passionate about interior design and believes that a thoughtfully designed space can greatly impact our well-being.

Raegan King

Accounts & Support Specialist

Raegan, known as “Rae,” is a proud Denison native—Go Jackets! She is a wife and mom of three—two boys and a girl. Her free time is filled with baseball, family activities, and managing a small business with her husband. After spending over four years in the banking industry, she transitioned to accounting with MPP in November 2021. Rae loves her role at the company and the strong relationships she has built with our wonderful investors.

Balynn Snapp

Leasing Agent REALTOR®

Balynn, an Oklahoma native, is our leasing agent, and ensures our properties are filled with qualified residents. She also has a strong passion for interior design and photography and runs a small photography business when she’s not assisting applicants with their rental needs. Her enthusiasm for learning and growth in the industry is limitless. Balynn aspires to one day merge her love for interior design with her goal of helping others find their perfect homes.

Lydia McDuffy

Maintenance Coordinator

Lydia is a proud graduate of Texas State University near Austin, TX, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in Healthcare Administration. During her studies, she also ventured into real estate as a licensed agent and small business owner. Currently, she serves as the Maintenance Coordinator, dedicated to keeping our properties in excellent condition. From conducting inspections to managing maintenance requests, and handling resident relations, Lydia is focused on ensuring a positive experience for both residents and owners. Passionate about excellence and growth, she is working towards her goal of becoming a maintenance manager. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the Texas sunshine with her Australian Shepherd by her side.

Lauren White is a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator, balancing her professional expertise with her passion for leadership and mentorship. With a natural ability to keep projects on track, she thrives in dynamic environments, ensuring efficiency and seamless execution in every task she tackles. Beyond her career, Lauren is a devoted mother, embracing the joys and challenges of parenthood with patience and determination. She brings the same level of dedication to the softball field, where she serves as a committed coach, shaping young athletes with teamwork, discipline, and a love for the game. Lauren’s ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with precision and heart makes her a true force—whether she’s coordinating a project, guiding her team to victory, or cheering on her family.

Emery Snapp

Field Ops Specialist

Emery Snapp is a dedicated Field Operations Specialist, playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly out in the field. From inspections to property upkeep, she ensures every detail is handled with care and efficiency. A Howe local, Emery balances her work with her studies as a college student, bringing fresh energy and a strong work ethic to everything she does. She’s also part of the Snapp family legacy—Avery’s sister and Balynn’s cousin—making her a natural fit for the team. With her hands-on approach and deep ties to the community, Emery is an invaluable asset, helping bridge the gap between operations and on-the-ground execution.

Josh Holley is a builder, investor, and real estate agent serving the Grayson County area. He specializes in constructing high-quality homes and multi-family complexes, known for his distinctive “Holley Jolly Homes.” In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Greg Parks

Originally from Southern California, Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. He relocated to North Texas in 2015 and enjoys traveling to new cities, floating rivers, and exploring his passion for cars in his free time. Early in his career, Greg worked in business sales, where he developed strong relationships with C-Level executives, honing his ability to connect with clients and understand their priorities. Since entering the real estate field in 2017, he has aimed to be a trusted advisor for his clients throughout the home buying and selling process.
