ESA & Service Animals

ESA & Service Animals

At Milestone, we understand the importance of emotional support animals (ESA) and service animals. Service animals are trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities, while emotional support animals provide comfort and companionship to those with mental or emotional conditions. We are fully compliant with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and Fair Housing regulations, ensuring that all qualifying ESA and service animals are welcomed in our properties.

To maintain compliance, we require verification of ESA and service animals through proper documentation. Additionally, all pets—including ESA and service animals—must be screened through PetScreening.com for a smooth and transparent process.
