Monthly Reports & EFT Disbursements
Every month, we deliver comprehensive financial reports to property owners, detailing income, expenses, and maintenance costs for clear insight into property performance. Rent is processed, and owner disbursements are made by the 25th of each month, with full transparency in every transaction.

We lived in a 1200sqft duplex it wasn’t fancy but it was perfect for me and my little family. The duplex was two bedroom too bad and of course in the second bedroom was my daughter‘s and if anybody has kids, they know that kids can sometimes color on the wall or spill things on the carpet when we first moved in we were told that normal things like this like wear and tear from living in a home with two children was normal so you know we clean the messes as best we could we cleaned the walls as best we could and we had a great time living here, but when it was time for us to move out, we thought things were good. We paid the termination fee because we had to leave the lease early because my husband got a job in Austin Texas after we had already moved to Austin. Milestone sends a statement that is addressed to us and saying that we need to pay them $8800 in damages for the duplex I was really shocked by this especially because we had just paid almost $5000 to get out of the lease. We didn’t just up and leave. We let them know ahead of time we let them know the timeline, and when we will be leaving, and I guess it wasn’t enough. We had a playground in our backyard a tiny, one a little tykes one my brother-in-law built us a playground around that playground that had mulch, and he built it for us because we had lost our child at 25 weeks pregnant. I had a steel birth so he built the playground for her when we looked through the lease we saw that we weren’t able to take the playground with us because it stated that anything built on the property had to stay so so after that, I realized that they weren’t that the playground wasn’t applied to that that’s what they told us over the phone and they told us that they would get a lot of charges removed because they were just nitpicking every single little thing about the house and some stuff that was damaged even before we moved in the people before has had a dog and there was damages there so just for some removal of paint and repainting, and for them to change the carpets that only two bedrooms had carpet carpets. They are wanting us to pay $8000 in damages for this duplex and I think that that is absolutely ridiculous and I feel like we have been taken advantage of and scammed and I don’t understand how you can have Residence living there for almost 4 years and come do an inspection every six months and still say that the house looks great but then as soon as we move out, everything is bad everything‘s broken and we’re responsible for it all and it just I don’t think that’s right because when we moved out, nothing was broken. Nothing was I thought damage just like such excruciation but it apparently according to them holes in the wall from hanging pictures of our family is a bad thing so yeah you can rent from this company but just expect when you move out to have a huge bill billed to you and that they they just want to charge you for every single little thing so don’t hang up any pictures. Don’t try to decorate.
