Maintenance
We ensure properties are consistently well-maintained, addressing issues promptly through our reliable network of skilled vendors. Residents can submit requests online, and with 24/7 support, we’re always ready to respond to any need, anytime.
Rent Collection
We make rent payment easy and flexible. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period provided before late fees apply. Residents can pay through our secure online portal, using ACH bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or even cash with our PayNearMe option.
Monthly Reports & EFT Disbursements
Every month, we deliver comprehensive financial reports to property owners, detailing income, expenses, and maintenance costs for clear insight into property performance. Rent is processed, and owner disbursements are made by the 25th of each month, with full transparency in every transaction.
