7000 square feet Showroom, office, half bath, automotive shop, and a storage room on the southeast corner of the Brady Square. This is a single story building with large vaulted ceilings. The electricity works. Beautiful brick exterior with large framed original windows. The plumbing has been disabled for at least 20 years. It later became the location for A.J. Ricks' Ricks Home Furnishings' Budget House for buying and selling used furniture. In 1993 William Ricks, A.J.'s son purchased the building and it became a storage and auction house for his Ricks Mini Storage business. In 98 years, this building has been owned by only 3 families. 1928-1970's Chevrolet dealership and White's automotive services 1970's to 2010's furniture and auction house 2020's and beyond..... it could be YOU!
